First, for convenience, mark the corners of all fields on the OMR form you want to introduce. Then launch the Ozzy OMR Sheets application. When you first open the application, you will see the “New” button at the top of the left panel. When you click on this “New” button, you will be taken to a new form definition screen. Place the OMR form you marked for recognition on the device and click on the “Scan Markings from Form” button. When your OMR form is scanned, the corners of the fields you marked will appear on the form on the screen. First, adjust the width and height of your OMR form from the panel on the left. You can also fill in other information, such as the form name, in this section. In the next step, you can select each field by holding down the right mouse button and dragging from the upper left corner to the lower right corner. When you release the mouse button, a new field will be created, and a window will open on the right side where you can enter the field's information. You can enter the field's information here. If you accidentally make an incorrect selection with the mouse, you can delete the incorrectly selected field using the “Delete” button at the top of the right panel.
